Manop Nagadatta is a prominent practitioner and arbitrator in the areas of business law and international business law with a focus on company and insurance law. He has been associated with Thammasat University Faculty of Law in many capacities, including an adjunct professor since 1984 and a member of the Faculty Committee. In 2009, Manop chaired the LL.B. Curriculum Reform Committee of the Faculty of Law, which brought about a significant improvement in the Thai LL.B. Program. Beside his professional career, Manop is a prolific writer of business law.
Manop received his first degree in law (ranked first) from Thammasat University, which honoured him with an Award for Outstanding Alumni in its 70-Year History in 2004. He completed his LL.M. degree at Tulane University
